Paulino Ochoa, C.P.E., Senior Plumbing Engineer B.S., Mechanical Engineering, University of the Philippines Mr. Ochoa is a Certified Plumbing Engineer with 30 years experience of plumbing and process pipe design for institutional, commercial, and industrial facilities.  Mr. Ochoa is responsible for the design of all plumbing systems including: potable water, fire protection, and sanitary sewer systesms.

 

Cesar DeLuzuriaga, Senior HVAC Designer B.S., Mechanical Engineering, Colegio de San Agustin, Philippines Mr. DeLuzuriaga is responsible for the development of HVAC design for multiple projects including HVAC system design with constant and variable air volume system single and dual mixing boxes with reheat, fan powered boxes with reheat, air handling system, exhaust system, DX split system, heat pump, WT system, 100% make-up air, air balancing and duct furnace gas fired system.

 

Pedro Lopez, P.E., Electrical Engineer B.S., Electrical Engineering, University of Minas Gerais, Brazil Mr. Lopez is responsible for the design of the installation of industrial power distribution and control systems, standard and emergency electric power distribution systems, and lighting design for institutional, industrial, commercial, and military facilities.  Areas of expertise include medium and low voltage generation and distribution, overhead lines, protective relaying, lighting and industrial control.
